Refund Policy

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law, including consumer rights under Philippine law. If this policy and those rights disagree, those rights win.

Your memories are never affected by a billing question. Failing to pay, cancelling, or requesting a refund does not delete anything you have preserved, and your original files stay downloadable.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not meaningfully used the new period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will normally refund it.

A one-time purchase — removing a watermark, an HD reel, a print-ready book — unlocks a specific export and is delivered immediately. Because it is delivered as soon as it is paid for, it is generally not refundable once you have downloaded the file.

It is refundable if the export failed, produced a corrupted or unusable file, or did not deliver what was described.

If you paid for an export that we could not produce, we refund it in full. You do not need to argue the point: if the project shows as failed, tell us and we will process it.

A failed payment never destroys your work. The project stays saved, and you can try another payment method without rebuilding it.

Duplicate charges, charges you did not authorise, and charges for the wrong amount are refunded in full once verified. Please contact us rather than starting a chargeback first — it is usually much faster.

Email support@keepmykin.com with the date, the amount, and the payment method used. We aim to respond within three business days.

Refunds are returned through the original payment provider and method. How long the money takes to appear is up to that provider and your bank or wallet — commonly a few business days, sometimes longer for local bank channels.

Keep My Kin does not currently print or ship physical books. Book formats are delivered as print-ready PDF files that you can take to a printer of your choice. If physical fulfilment launches later, it will have its own returns and delivery terms.
